SCSHS YES-Organization: Sta.Catalina Negros Oriental, Philippines; Sta. Catalina Science High School Youth for the Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) SY-2012-2013 The YES-Organization The only recognized co-curricular environmental club or organization in the schools and consolidates all other environmental and/or ecology clubs or organizations in school with main and primary programs or projects for the environment or ecology in the said organization. Objectives of the YES-O - Under No.3, DepEd order No. 72, s. of 2003 - Under article III, constitution and By-Laws of the YES-O, 2003. Vision: The Youth for Environment in Schools Organization as an effective and respective school-based environmental organization linked with other agencies / institutions for conservation and preservation of natural resources towards sustainable development. Mission: To preserve and conserve our natural resources through environmental awareness of the community resulting in their active involvement on environmentally-related issues to achieve sustainable development.
